We are at Klenzall Carpet Cleaning of Eastbourne, East Sussex

Here's four questions we put to Pete Seagrief, owner of Klenall Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.

What is your most popular service?

"Our most popular service is home carpet cleaning, then upholstery cleaning. In between the lockdown in 2020 we introduced a new hard floor cleaning service. Over the last 15 years Klenzall has developed some of the best carpet cleaning techniques in the industry. We are carpet cleaners have dynamic and state-of-the-art cleaning hardware. No one carpet is the same so we have a range of carpet treatments for different style and age of the carpet".

How many local businesses do you use to support your business and can you name them?

"Sure, We use the following suppliers to support our business: Quality Services in Westham, East Sussex, Southern Counties Janitorial in Brighton, direct from Prochem (online) who are based in Chessington and Amtech (online) who are in Burgess Hill, East Sussex."

Why did you start your business?

I started the business with my wife so we could control our future and our family’s future. I started Klenzall back in 2003. A lot of our new business is generated on recommendations from established clients who we work for once or twice a year.

Which customers do you service are where are they located?
Most of our work is 75% domestic and 25% commercial. Our catchment area goes across East Sussex radiating out from Eastbourne and then into the border regions of Surrey and Kent. We work on country estate properties, 3 bedroomed homes, 2 bedroomed apartments, 1 bedrromed flats and yes even caravans. So, no job is to small or to large.
